Drea Floyd, also known as Dee, is a Client Account Manager for NovaCred. She comes with a background in nursing, Certified Revenue Cycle Management, and medical billing and credentialing. After working for a major healthcare insurance company, Dee saw the pain the physicians and providers go through to receive compensation for their services and procedures. As a nurse, it pained her personally to see that MDs do not have enough time to spend with patients due to the burden of credentialing paperwork.

Outside of work, she loves trying new foods from different cultures. She has been married for 18 years to an Active Duty Officer of the US Army. They have a daughter and two puppies. Currently living in the Pacific Northwest, they love to explore and meet new people. She also loves painting, drawing, and graphic/instructional design. Spending quality time with family and friends is most important to her, which is why she is eager to help relieve the stresses of managing a medical practice.

Jordan Perry is a Credentialing Specialist for NovaCred. She comes with a background in library and information science. She has a passion for precision, organization, and all things information.  With an unwavering commitment to accuracy and an eye for detail, her skill ensures data integrity and helps companies make informed choices. Because she is well-versed in a range of data entry tools and software, she can adapt to any project's unique requirements. Whether it's creating and maintaining databases, transcribing handwritten notes, or managing complex spreadsheets.

Outside of work, she loves reading and traveling. She has been married for 10 years to an Active-Duty Marine. They have two daughters who keep them on their toes. Currently living in Tennessee, they love to explore new places to eat or hike. She also loves genealogy and graphic design. She is excited to help those who cannot quite seem to fine tune and organize those details.
